Today’s episode we bring in the Vice President of Dawn House, Patricia Lynn Stokes. For thirty years, Dawn House provided a 24 hour supportive homeless shelter for women. Over 4500 women and children stayed there. Moving forward DH is focusing on providing supportive housing, transitional housing for women who are homeless or precariously housed. Dawn House also provides supports and services to women living in poverty within the community.
